Community Gateway Association Replacement of Windows

The scope of the Contract is the replacement of windows to 61 semi-detached CGA properties. Further details on the location of the properties are set out in Appendix 1 (Specification) of the Invitation to Tender Document.

The Contract will commence in August 2025, with completion by end of March 2026.

A single Contractor will be appointed.
