Resource Augmentation - Student Engagement Product Group (SEPG)

Contractors working in the development and support of Digital initiatives including Student Engagement, People Team Product Group and Integration Services.

Our requirement for a Direct Award to Value Labs centres around the skills and knowledge they provide in terms of our tech stack, infrastructure, ways of working, standards and business needs.

Value Labs have been providing consistent development and test resource to us for over 5 years across our Product Groups including Student Journey, HR and Legacy. This resource is integral to the day-to-day management and continuity of applications used by both Staff and Students alike, as well as the integrations that connect with downstream systems. Such applications include Student Admissions, Student Enrolment, Teaching and Learning, Student Accommodation, Timetabling, Attendance Monitoring and Confirmation and Clearing.

Introducing another supplier at this stage could potentially risk these applications being compromised.
