London & Quadrant Housing Trust are tendering for the provision of Insurance Services for a potential 3 year contract with the option to extend by a further 2 years.
L&Q are seeking a qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive programme of insurance services that integrates both Alternative Risk Financing and traditional General Insurance solutions. The services required may include, but are not limited to:
| • | Insurance Broking: Advising on and sourcing appropriate insurance coverage from the market. |
| • | Insurance Underwriting: Providing underwriting services where applicable. |
| • | Captive Management: Establishing and/or managing captive insurance arrangements as part of the risk financing strategy. |
In addition to programme design and placement, the provider will deliver:
| • | Training and knowledge transfers and day-today support and advisory services |
| • | Claims management and advocacy |
| • | Insurable risk management services |
| • | Ongoing strategic advice on the evolution of the insurance programme and risk financing options |
