Horizon Replacement Services - Replacement Service Provider.

This UK 7 Contract Details Notice concerns the conclusion of the Lot 1 contract only.

Lot 1 - Replacement Service Provider - the replacement service provider will transition the service from the incumbent supplier, Fujitsu Services Limited ("FSL" or "Fujitsu"), on a Walk In Take Over ("WITO") basis, provide some optional service stabilisation upgrades and, longer term, transformation of Horizon and its related systems to Cloud based technologies.

Lot 2 - COTS-EPOS-SaaS - a fully supplier supported and maintained commercial off-the-shelf ("COTS") EPOS system, provided as software as a service ("SaaS"). The system must meet the Authority's specific requirements with minimal bespoke customisations. The Supplier will provide ongoing support, updates, and optimisation services. Physical deployment of technology to branches is not included.
