The University of Hertfordshire (“the University”) is conducting a tender exercise on behalf of UniversityBus Ltd trading as Uno Bus (“Uno”) and invites proposals from qualified suppliers for a duty, timetabling, bus and rostering scheduling system (“scheduling system”) that enhances automation, flexibility, and efficiency.

Uno is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Hertfordshire, which provides transport to students travelling to and from the University as well as the wider community.

This procurement aims to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service reliability while preparing for the challenges of modern transport operations, including electric vehicle (EV) scheduling and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The selected system should replace or significantly improve upon the current system while integrating seamlessly with existing technologies.
