Contract is for technical support and maintenance services (the Services) intended to ensure the availability and security of the UK Sport websites, ensure 'business as usual' (BAU) operations, resolve issues, and handle support requests as they arise.

The support will include UK Sport sites - Jobs in Sport Portal, Events Impact and main website from 1st April 2025 until 31st March 2026.

The contract will also allow development and support work to be undertaken on a sprint-based, time and materials basis in accordance with a suggested schedule prior to December 2025 for the upgrade from Sitecore 9.3 to 10.4.

Amounts (in hours) of support are as follows:

1.	Baseline Support (4 hours per month)
2.	Issue Resolution & Amendments (20 hours)
3.	Sitecore Upgrade (400 hours)
