The Resourcing world at NRS has drastically changed over the past 24 months, we’ve gone from being an organisation that is winding down and reducing our workforce, to being in a position where there are so many new and exciting opportunities - not only for existing staff but also for individuals wanting to join the NRS family. The process of going from single (mainly internal) vacancies, to volume and external recruitment continues to be a massive challenge for our Resourcing Team. We are continuously working on process improvements to make the recruitment experience better for both our hiring managers and our candidates and have a number of live projects that we are working on in addition to filling vacancies.
