004/2025 UWESU Sports Clothing

The University of the West of England, Bristol ("the University") is pleased to invite proposals for the provision of UWE Representative Sportswear and Staff Clothing in accordance with the specification and other documents included in the tender pack.

UWE Sport is coordinated by The Students' Union at UWE's Opportunities Department and supported by UWE Bristol Sport. As a combined body they are thereafter referred to in this document as TEAMUWE BRISTOL: subsequently they have an ongoing requirement for the supply of a range of sportswear to be provided to the various University student sports teams, and also to be available as merchandise for any other customers that may wish to purchase such items.

The sportswear will need to be available in a range of sizes, overprinted with a TEAMUWE BRISTOL logo and be available in the University preferred colours as per the Pricing Schedule.

TEAMUWE BRISTOL is seeking a business partner who is able to provide the range of items, in the required sizes and to the required quality, and who can provide high levels of support and consistently demonstrate value added services and initiatives.
