Brief Description of Requirement
The requirement is vacuum cleaning for UHV applications. The necessary procedure is the following;
| • | Spray with high pressure jets at 60ºC with a 2% solution of ALMECO 29 |
| • | Repeat with a 2% solution of AMKLENE D FORTE |
| • | Rinse thoroughly with hot demineralised water |
| • | Dry in warm clean air |
