Fusion21 has developed a Framework for the provision of a range of Construction Consultancy services that can be accessed by existing and future Fusion21 Members. This procurement exercise invited tenders from interested economic operators that met the criteria set out in the tender documentation. The framework is split into 15 Lots, these include:

  11. Carbon Reduction and Sustainability
  12. Valuations
  13. Clerk of Works - Inspections Regime
  14. Retrofit
  15. BSA Principal Designer Duties and Building Control The Tender was run through a two-stage restricted process.
