Eastlight seeks a contractor for a 4-year JCT Measured Term Contract divided into two Lots:
Lot 1: Servicing, maintenance, and repairs for sewage treatment plants, septic tanks, and associated facilities across 50 sites, with quarterly servicing, waste disposal, and emergency response. Estimated annual cost: £90K with RPI-linked uplift.
Lot 2: Responsive out-of-hours service for blocked drains and external drainage issues, including CCTV surveys, repairs, and reports. Estimated annual cost: £300K with RPI-linked uplift.
