Kitchens and Bathrooms Replacement Planned Works - North East

Accent Housing Ltd is seeking a contractor / contractors to deliver their Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Planned Works in the North East Region of its portfolio.The Kitchens and Bathrooms will be procured as two separate Lots and Contractors are invited to bid for both Lots if applicable.The successful Contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these services/works. The initial contract period will be 36 months, with the options to extend based on 2 x 12 month extension periods - subject to performance.The Terms and Conditions of this Contract will stipulate that Accent will only consent to the sub-contracting of any works under this Contract being carried out by a Sub-Contractor which shall be limited to a Sole Trader engaged by the Contractor and approved by Accent.All correspondence regarding this ITT must be via the In-tend portal, no emails will be responded to.https://in-tendhost.co.uk/accenthousing/
