Provision of a bespoke Primary Care based Adult ADHD model for Warrington registered population :-
- To provide ADHD diagnosis,
- To prescribe pharmacological treatment and monitoring in line with NICE guidance,
- To provide self-help information around non-pharmacological interventions,
- To follow a seamless pathway for people transitioning to the Adult ADHD service from Children/Young People's ADHD service.
- To provide education and training opportunities to Warrington GPs and Primary Care Staff
