The aim of this project is to source a HRMS solution which aligns to EMR's digital strategy (cloud based technology) and support future proofing of the chosen solution. EMR is seeking to incorporate a Human Resources (HR) management system as an essential part of its IT landscape and reduce the number of current systems in use where possible.
