Establishment of a call-off framework with single contractor that will provide MMO with access to global satellite imagery and, if required, the subsequent analysis and interpretation of this imagery over up to 14 United Kingdom Overseas Territories (UKOTs) and 9 ODA-eligible partner countries to tackle:<br/>1) Illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing (this is the primary use),<br/>2) Marine Protected Area (MPA) monitoring,<br/>3) Merchant vessel traffic movements,<br/>4) Pollution monitoring.<br/>Survey imagery to cover UKOT maritime area being from coastline extending out up to 200 nautical miles and in the adjacent high seas (typically within 100-400nm of the boundary).<br/><br/>Contract value capped at £1,500,000 max for first two years.
