Sludge Press Maintenance and Supply & Delivery of Spare Parts - Supplier Engagement

This PIN is to notify suppliers that NI Water is seeking to engage with the market regarding our ongoing requirements for plate press maintenance at our clean water treatment sites.

We would be interested in speaking to suppliers who have experience in providing any of the following:

• Specialist maintenance of plate presses used to process water treatment plant residuals sludge (including fault finding and repair).
• Provision of spare parts.
• Filter cloth changes.
• Maintenance of hydraulic power packs.
• Maintenance of ancillary equipment such as high pressure feed pumps and cloth wash pumps.
• On going technical assistance.
• Training of NI Water personnel regarding routine operation and maintenance.
• Provision of filter cloths.

These sessions are expected to be held on 24th January 2024 and will last 45 minutes. If you would be interested in attending a session, please confirm by emailing Stacey McEvoy, stacey.mcevoy@niwater.com.

Depending on the number of responses received, NI Water may not be able to meet with every supplier however this does not exclude any supplier from participating in the future tender process.
