Alperton Community School Cleaning

Alperton Community School is an Ofsted rated Good mixed Secondary School in Alperton, London. It has over 1,900 students between the ages of 11 and 18 on roll and 120 teaching and support staff across two campuses some five minutes apart. The current cleaning contract is in the final year of operation and the School is required to tender the contract. The incumbent contractor is Kindred FM. The contract start date is the 1st of August 2024 and this will be for an initial three-year period. There is an option for both parties to extend the contract for a further two years subject to client satisfaction and client agreement on budgets and service levels.This contract will reward maximising cleaning productivity and controlling costs effectively through pro-active management and consistently high levels of tangible contract support.
