The four fundamental purposes of the Victim Support Services in Swindon and Wiltshire that the successful Tenderer is to fulfil are:
| 1. | The successful Tenderer shall provide a reliable, effective and satisfactory practical and emotional support Service for Victims of crime in Wiltshire and Swindon. |
| 2. | The successful Tenderer shall work with the Customer to develop further the infrastructure to support Victims of crime in Wiltshire and Swindon. |
| 3. | The successful Tenderer shall provide feedback from Victims on their experience of crime and, where applicable, the criminal justice system. |
| 4. | The successful Tenderer shall contribute to the achievement of Priority 2 and Priority 4 of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Police and Crime Plan: |
| • | Reduce violence and serious harm |
| • | Improve the experience of Victims and deliver justice |
