National Highways is looking to appoint a third party to manage subcontracts with specialist personnel and suppliers, provision of strategic advice and insight from wider road safety organisations and partners, and administration of contractor and supplier payments. To facilitate this we have published a a short survey to gather market intelligence to influence the design of our procurement solution.
