The Contractor shall provide a Primary Health Service and Occupational (OH) service to all Service Personnel. This is to be provided at the Medical Centre MOD Abbey Wood during normal working hours (Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1630hrs) or by virtual means. In exceptional circumstances, medical attention may be provided at a patient’s home during normal working hours, provided it is within the Contractor’s own practice boundaries. Patients requiring urgent treatment between 1630 -1830 hrs may be seen at the Contractor’s CQC registered premises (provided it is within 30-minute driving distance of Abbey Wood)
