The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for TC130 - Community Services Flexible Purchasing System.
The Flexible Purchasing System is FPS to efficiently procure and mobilise services to meet needs of vulnerable people in Bolton. This will be procured under 2 Main Lots, with sub-lots as listed below:
Lot 1: Homelessness Services
- Homelessness Prevention
- Emergency Temporary Accommodation
- Supported Housing
- Other Accommodation Based Interventions
- Floating Support
- Young People’s Supported Accommodation (16-25 year olds)
- Other Homelessness Related Support and Interventions
Lot 2: Domestic Abuse Services
- Safe Accommodation (in Refuge) with Specialist Onsite Support victim and children
- Safe Accommodation (dispersed) Specialist Outreach Support for Victims/Survivors and Children
- Sanctuary Scheme
- Perpetrator Intervention and Support (Perpetrator Service)
- Independent Domestic Violence Advisors service (IDVA)
- Identification and Referral to Improve Safety (GP) (IRIS)
