This notice relates to the award of Herefordshire Councils Recyclables and Waste Collection Services Contract.
The Council used the Competitive Dialogue procedure for the procurement of the contract, which was conducted in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
The process sought to develop bold and innovative approaches to service delivery, that respond to the climate emergency by exploring low carbon options and ensure that residents are placed at the heart of service design and delivery.
