Atlas Domestic Cleaning Services 2022

Atlas BFW Management Ltd (the “Authority”) on behalf of the Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking the appointment of a contractor to provide the provision of Domestic Cleaning Services to their hospital's areas and sites. The provider must comply with the National Standards of Cleanliness 2021.<br/><br/>The successful Supplier shall deliver in compliance with Service Standards the following:<br/>a) All Cleaning Services to buildings on the specified site - <br/>Main Hospital site<br/>Gastro extension <br/>Hematology/Oncology <br/>CCU <br/>Histo lab <br/>Ward 4 <br/>Total Sq Mtr 95851.86<br/><br/>b) Cleaning after pest infestation and/or removal; and<br/>c) Additional specified duties as set out in the Scope of Service.<br/>d) Total number of beds 834 (eight hundred and thirty-four)<br/>The Cleaning Service shall be provided 7 days per week, 24 hours a day, 365(6) days per year. The Cleaning Service applies to all areas of the Site. All Equipment and consumables are provided by the supplier.
