HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) Programme

The Council seeks to secure the services of expert holiday club providers to support the Council’s Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme for the next three years. We are looking for providers who can offer high quality holiday schemes and activities for children who are in receipt of income based free school meals and are aged between 5 and 16 years old. Sessions must also offer children hot healthy food for a main meal and healthy snacks throughout the day. Activities need to include physical activity and enrichment opportunities during Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays. We are holding a Market Engagement Event, including a Tender Response Workshop at 10:00 on Monday 14/02/2022 via Microsoft Teams. This will provide bidders with an opportunity to hear more about our plans and timescales and ask any questions they may have.
