Bwriad y prosiect yw cynnwys y canlynol:

We can advise that the Client for this Project will be Urdd Gobaith Cymru and that the Project Manager/Contract Administrator and Principal Designer will be Spencer Pughe Associates.
The Project comprises the development of the existing Pentre Ifan site currently used to provide residential accommodation.
The project is intended to include the following:
| 1. | Repairs, refurbishment and re-functioning of 3nr existing stone outbuildings currently in disrepair (section 1) |
| 2. | Construction of new sleeping accommodation being of timber frame construction with piled foundations. (section 1) |
| 3. | Landscaping and associated external works (section 1) |
| 4. | Minor refurbishment of the existing Grade II Hall and decommissioning of bedrooms along with provisional installation of platform lift (section 2) |
| 5. | Minor refurbishment of existing grade II farmhouse and adjoining outbuilding (section 2) |
| 6. | Infrastructure to support a proposed camping area (section 2) |
