The Associations require 1 contractor to operate Northern Ireland wide to provide the services described.
The Employer requires the Security Services for a period of two years with 2 further optional extensions (at Radius' discretion) of 12 months each (2+1+1).
The Radius Housing Securities Contract must meet the following objectives;
- Provide best practice in Security Services to allow Radius to discharge its duty of care obligations to customers and staff.
- Be delivered cost effectively and represent optimal value for money
- Ultimately improve Radius Housing customer satisfaction
As an actively developing Housing Sector, the Authority reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of site locations as is necessary.
