Fully managed Hard FM contract.<br/>Planned and reactive maintenance to deliver services comprising: environmental building services engineering plant and equipment (heating, cooling, ventilation and controls etc.); specialist packaged contracts (lifts, fire alarms, medical gasses, access controls, high voltage systems etc.); building infrastructure; building fabric; grounds and gardens; all associated repairs; out of hours operational cover including a reactive maintenance call out service.
