Workshop Management System - Y22017

We are looking to procure a Workshop Management System that fulfils our end to end needs from Quote to invoice and beyond.

Our business is a multi badged heavy and light fleet workshop and we are looking for a system that can grow with us and our Clients in our unique market place, and manage our complex stock requirements from 100s of suppliers in one place.

We have a number of workshops and are taking this opportunity to update our processes, so hand held devises and top end industry standards are key as we look to future proof our business.

Our "must haves" in a system are listed below however if you cannot provide one of these but have an alternative we would still like to hear from you

Diary booking system that links to other online outlets (Autodata/DVLA) reducing the input time and shows in reportable data for productivity and availability

Quote to acceptance in one seamless transition removing the need double key data

Stock Management system that that integrates into an invoicing system providing unique ordering numbers and trackable stock allocation as well as the option to mark up stock dependent on customer contract

Mobile App that has the ability down load jobs onto for a mobile engineer to undertake service, and upload conditioning photos

Invoicing off platform, exportable to the PS Financials, with fully customising invoicing with the ability to see Engineer write ups and parts used

Reports and Data Storage Facilities are key and we would also like to see options for portals

Customisation and Support is fundamental to our plan as we understand that our needs may not be a off the shelve product .. how can you tailor and support are needs ?
