Early Intervention and Prevention Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

The value below is a framework or dynamic market ceiling: the maximum that could be spent across all call-offs, not the value of a single contract. Aggregate figures on this site exclude these to avoid double counting.

description

Peterborough City Council (PCC), Is awarding an 'Open DPS' which PCC, Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will be entitled to call off from. The procurement was run using a procedure similar to the open procedure described in Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). However, the authority reserves the right to deviate from the formalities of the open procedure given the flexibilities permitted by Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) in the conduct of procurements for 'Social and Other Specific Services', otherwise referred to as 'Light Touch Regime' procurement.

The requirements will be split into lots as detailed below:

Lot 1: Hospital Discharge and Admission Avoidance,

Lot 2: Information and Advice,

Lot 3: Community Support,

Lot 4: Day Opportunities (This lot is unlikely to be activated immediately).
