North Northamptonshire Council and West Northamptonshire Council - Older Persons' Residential and Nursing Home Services DPS

North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) and West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) (The “Unitary”) wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services Older Peoples Residential and Nursing Home Services in respect of this requirement.

The Tender is for the Provision of Older Persons’ Care Home Services for each Service User placed within Care Homes under the following age band:

• Adults aged 65+

and under the following Service specialisms listed below:

• Older People

In general terms and for the purposes of this Tender, ‘Older Persons’ Care Home Services’ should be taken to mean treating a Service User with dignity, compassion and respect, focusing on their health and well-being. Offering a personalised co-ordinated method of care, support or treatment, and supporting the Service User to recognise and develop their own strengths and abilities to enable them to live a fulfilling life (this definition should not be considered as exhaustive).

The Unitary proposes to enter into one Contract for a period of 12 months with the preferred providers.

The anticipated contract commencement date is 01/09/2021.

The Light Touch Regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this Framework Agreement, as per Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
