description

The authority established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as a procurement process to provide flexibility to our network through the establishment of Constraint Managed Zones (CMZs). A CMZ is a geographic region served by an existing network where requirements related to security of supply are met through the use of flexible services, such as demand side response, energy storage, energy efficiency and stand-by generation. This notice is to confirm that no further contracts will be awarded under this DPS.
