The Council aspires to collect all debt owing, promptly, effectively, efficiently and economically.
Walsall Council are seeking to procure the services of a number of Enforcement Agencies to deliver both Enforcement Agency Collection and Debt Collection Services via the granting of concession to the successful tenderers under the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016.
