The Strategic Partner/s will engage in the ongoing co-design of outcomes and service models, and collaborate with the Commissioner/s and Service Provider/s to achieve long-term benefits and innovation based on shared outcomes, where resources are used in a way that promotes positive outcomes for everyone involved.
