The Council is seeking to procure a provider to deliver two Housing Support Solution Service contracts:-
Lot 1 - Supported Living Service The Supported Living Service will deliver 24/7 care and support to 6 individuals within a specific property at Cherry Tree House. The property is 6-bedroom, ground floor accommodation and is situated in Masborough. The property is owned and managed by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
Lot 2 - Peer
Support Networks The service provides low level support to maintain and increase independence for people, with a Learning Disability and/or Autism, who are living in their own
accommodation in the community. The service does not provide personal care.
