Forestry England will be awarding a framework agreement for the provision of services for Fencing and Barrier Maintenance in Yorkshire Forest District. across several management areas, including North Riding beat, York beat, and Cleveland beat.

The District wide estimated amount of fencing work each year is between 7 to 10 km (this may be subject to change slightly). Barrier maintenance also covers about 370 installations across the District and the work is to be done on a case-by-case basis and therefore, will not produce a regular output.
