The Bromford groups geographical area is predominately Central England and South West, which includes the West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, South Gloucestershire, Cirencester, the Cotswolds, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.

To support these plans Bromford is seeking to procure a framework of design partners to support successful delivery of the affordable housing developments.

The Design Framework is likely to be split into core work stream lots which will be confirmed within the tender documents and contract notice but is likely to be:
