Translink is establishing a Framework for the provision of Permanent Way related professional services. The Client’s Infrastructure and Property Division is responsible for the maintenance of and capital works to the infrastructure along the Northern Ireland Railways (NIR) railway network. This includes circa 280 miles of Permanent Way. This Framework will entail the delivery of professional services related to permanent way infrastructure projects and maintenance. The Supplier may be required to assist in the development and management of construction contracts. The level of input required in this context will be indicated in the Work Package. Your response must be submitted via the relevant Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal. Instructions on how to submit your response can be found within the Interactive Walkthrough on the eTendersNI Homepage. No other method of submission will be accepted.
