OCS require a vehicle tracking solution for its Fleet of circa 107 vehicles.

1Oakleaf Commercial Services Limited is part of The Community Housing Group which was formed in 2000. The Oakleaf Commercial Service brand was formed in 2013, although it had been in operation since 2000 providing building and property services under the name of CHG Property Services.

OCS provides ground maintenance, building and property services to the Group and external clients within a typical 50 mile radius of the company’s main base in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. OCS however has aspirations to grow this business delivering services for other housing providers. While OCS operates across the West Midlands the vast majority of its work is located in the Wyre Forest Area, Worcestershire incorporating Kidderminster, Stourport on Severn, Bewdley and surrounding parishes. The Group owns approximately 5000 properties in the district of Wyre Forest.
