Sunderland City Council Facilities Management Division are responsible for operating 70 kitchens that provide approximately 13,000 school meals per day. Also covered within this contract is the kitchen at Café Refresh, located at Sunderland Civic Centre.
This contract is for the:
| • | annual servicing, maintenance and PAT testing (where applicable) of all electrical, refrigeration and electrical/gas combination catering equipment in each kitchen. |
| • | reactive repair of all electrical, refrigeration and electrical/gas combination catering equipment in each kitchen. |
| • | maintenance of an equipment Asset Register in relation to all catering equipment in the kitchens identified. |
