The Sheffield Institute for Translational Neuroscience (SITraN) is an international centre of excellence for basic and applied research in neurological disease. This is to provide the supply, installation and commissioning of a laser-based lattice light-sheet microscope for the long-term live imaging of a wide range of samples, including cultured cells, small embryos (zebrafish) and 3D cell cultures.
