Services of a Graduation Academic Dress Supplier at Lancaster University - AWARD

Lancaster University is seeking to appoint an established and experienced company to provide a professional graduation academic dress service to the students and staff at Lancaster University.

The company appointed will be progressive and customer focused with mechanisms to provide transparent reporting and ongoing practical solutions.

Throughout the delivery of the contract, the supplier will be expected to display the following:

• oExcellent customer service to reflect and mirror the highly regarded graduation standards at the university
• oOffer continuous improvements and approaches to the gowning service
• oDevelop and maintain an excellent working relationship with the graduation team working closely to deliver a high quality service before, during and after graduation ceremonies

This contract will provide the successful company with the opportunity to be the sole official provider of academic dress at Lancaster University.

The university wishes to award this contract for five years commencing 1 March 2020. There will be a review after year one.
