description

The Supply of Temporary and Permanent Staff

RNN Group wish to appoint Service Providers to provider a supply chain of high-quality staffing. The nature for such staffing requirements may arise following short term sickness absence, other absence reasons (i.e. maternity, or other parental leave), short term cover in the absence of an employee, or specialist skills. The RNN Group will endeavour to provide all information required by the Service Provider in order that they can meet the needs of the organisation.

The Service Provider will be able to provide both temporary and permanent staffing solutions to the RNN Group as and when required, in line with the agreements set out in the awarding of the tender.

The roles that would need to be covered by the Service Provider will ideally include the full breadth of the roles within the RNN Group which will include (but not limited to);

Administration, Security/Estates, Specialist support workers, IT professionals, college support staff, lecturers, curriculum team leaders, managers and senior postholders.

The RNN Group will expect the Service Provider to respond to the needs of the business within an agreement timeframe, usually within 24hours, and will endeavour to provide staffing solutions within 3 working days (sooner where reasonably practicable).

The RNN Group expects the Service Provider will comply with all financial regulations, particularly IR35 and will adhere to such guidance at all times. Where any such arrangement does not meet the PAYE rules, the Service Provider must discuss with the RNN Group prior to engagement.

The Service Provider will ensure all compliance in line with UK Home Office Guidance, Safer Recruitment and Keeping Children Safe in Education is met. Any such deviations from this, must be agreed by the RNN Group prior to engagement on such occasion, where this occurs.
