Warwick District and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils (the Authorities) are looking to appoint a Consultancy to undertake a study to assess the sensitivity to new development on the existing heritage and landscape character within a number of settlements within South Warwickshire. The purpose of the study is to gain an understanding of each settlement's historic and landscape value, sensitivity, opportunities for enhancement and capacity to accommodate new development around the edge of the existing settlement; this will be used as an evidence base to inform the identification and assessment of proposed strategic allocations and broad locations for growth within the emerging South Warwickshire .

The contract is anticipated to be for 2 months, with the initial proposal being ready by the end of July 2022.

The contract value is estimated at £30,000.
