WDC - Provision of Housing Repairs and VOIDS maintenance for Warwick District Council Housing Stock

Warwick District Council (WDC) is looking to procure a contractor for its Housing Repairs and Voids maintenance works to its 5,500 homes.

WDC is currently looking for feedback from the market to help refine its requirements, as well as any additional considerations and opportunities that should be included within the new contract. In addition, the Council has made an ambitious commitment to ensure that all of its contracted services are net-zero carbon by 2030. We would like to engage with suppliers to establish how feasible this commitment is within this particular market.

We are currently exploring options regarding:

• oContract model and length
• oBudget suitability
• oDistribution of risk
• oSpecified requirement feasibility
• oInnovation opportunities
• oSuitable performance measures

To help us understand these options, we would like interested suppliers to complete and return the attached Housing Repairs and VOIDS Market Engagement Questions.
