Provision of preventative maintenance services to Stockton-on-Tees Borough Councils intruder alarm and access control systems in all its buildings as defined in the site lists published at tender stage. This will also include any other buildings that may be included in addition to the current list.
The contract also includes the provision for reactive works from the successful provider to any intruder alarm, access control system or panic alarm. The costs of labour, materials percentage mark up and commonly replaced items are fixed for the initial term as per the tender return.
