description
Raven wishes to engage with specialist suppliers for Responsive Repairs and Commercial Works, on an agreed Schedule of Rates, to ensure cost and service control. The Works will be required to support Raven's DLO and instructed on an as needs basis with no minimum guaranteed volume.
The scope of the Works under this Contract comprises the following Workstreams:
- oResponsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours and including Mutual Exchange Gas and Electric Tests);
- oOut of Hours Emergency Works;
- oCommercial Works;
Bidders are invited to submit Tenders for any one, several or all of the 9 Contracts available:
- oFlooring (carpets and vinyl)
- oRoofing
- oOver spill responsive (multi)
- oPlumbing and pipework
- oCavity, underfloor insulation
- oSmart heating controls & monitoring
- oSolar installation
- oScaffolding
- oElectrical services - inc.rewires
