CORSERV on behalf of Via (East Midlands) Ltd, wish to enter into an agreement with a competent and capable contractor for the supply of 'Your Speed' interactive speed signs and interactive highway signs and the provision of maintenance. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 60% price and 40% quality.
