Project Management (Projects value under £4.0m)

The 1720/MR Project Management (Project Value of Under £4.0m) contract forms one of the construction related Consultancy Services on the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.

The contract for framework Project Management requires the Consultant to be responsible for the coordination and management of the project and for programming and agreeing the timescales and activities of the Project Team. The Consultant shall act as the coordinating Lead Consultant and Contact Administrator under the Contract for projects of a value under £4.0m.

The contracts on the framework will be awarded independently of each other, and there is no requirement for any tenderer expressing an interest in 1720/MR Project Management (Project Value of Under £4.0m) to express an interest in any other of the contracts forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy framework 2018 - 2022.

Likewise, tenderers requesting an expression of interest in 1720/MR Project Management (Project Value of Under £4.0m) will not be excluded from expressing an interest in any other contract forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.
