The Contract is for the provision of former tenant arrears and sundry debt collection including the tracing of former tenants.
The aim of this contract is to establish a single supplier framework to provide CDHG and its subsidiaries with a collection and tracing service for the collection of former tenant arrears and sundry debts. The successful tenderer must offer a tracing service which can be used as both a standalone or integrated service.
