Homes in Sedgemoor requires statutory Audit services to ensure that their current essential services are in line with current legislation. Work will be required throughout the Homes in Sedgemoor Estate. The contract is to be undertaken by a competent person, employed by a competent organisation, to their domestic, commercial and communal buildings. There is an opportunity for tenderers to apply for up to 5 lots.
Please refer to full specification at schedule 1 for full details. The contract will include but is not limited to the following:
Electrical Safety (Test & Inspection Remedials)
Fire Safety (FRA Survey, Remedials)
Water Safety (Legionella L8)
Asbestos Management (Survey, Sampling, Removal & Testing)
Passenger Lift & Hoist Maintenance
